1. Introduction

Welcome to Domily. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and platform located at domily.app. By accessing or using Domily, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Domily

Domily is a rental marketplace that connects tenants and landlords. We provide a platform for landlords to list properties and for tenants to discover and apply for rental homes. Domily does not own, manage, or control any properties listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Domily, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. For Tenants

Tenants can browse property listings and apply to properties using a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and used when submitting applications. Credits are non-refundable once used. Domily does not guarantee that any application will be accepted by a landlord.

5. For Landlords

Landlords can list properties on Domily by purchasing a listing package. Landlords are responsible for ensuring that all property information is accurate and up to date. Landlords must comply with all applicable local laws regarding rental properties, including fair housing regulations.

6. Payments and Fees

Domily uses transparent, one-time pricing. There are no hidden fees or subscriptions. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed clearly before any purchase is made. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or applications
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose

Users retain ownership of content they post on Domily. By posting content, you grant Domily a license to display and use that content in connection with the platform. Domily owns all rights to the platform design, branding, and technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

Domily is a platform that connects tenants and landlords. We are not a party to any rental agreement between users. Domily is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or disputes between users. We do not verify the accuracy of listings or the identity of users beyond reasonable measures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Domily shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
